Ellen even went above and beyond when my family was grieving a loss, cleaning and organizing the garage (which she really didn't need to do). I really can't say enough about Ellen & Spotless Clean. Ellen was very communicative and thorough. She took feedback and requests well. Her new cleaner Laura said they didn't do dishes so when I messaged Ellen directly, she personally came to our home to help Laura as she was a new hire. I can tell Ellen cares about the quality of her work as well as her staff and I love supporting women-owned businesses. My husband and I both work remotely from home so it was great to have professional cleaners come and be accommodating and communicative while we moved around the home to make sure the cleaning didn't interfere with our work.
